Equipping Strategy

	Bible schools & extension programs / Local churches training program – to train and raise people in the five-fold ministries.
	Conferences and Rallies – to evangelize lost souls and strengthen the local churches.
	Retreats – to strengthen AG pastors and church leadership.

Operational Strategy

	EXCO – to cast, concretize, and align vision.
	Regional Leaders – to provide feedback regarding needs, concerns and input.
	Local pastors / churches – to catch and share vision with grassroots.

Financial Strategy

	All churches will reflect in their budget a commitment in fulfilling the vision of the Assemblies of God.
	AG budget will reflect a commitment to implementing the vision.
	Districts, divisions and departments will be “provided the tools to get the job done”.
