I thank God for His faithfulness to His people in the Northern District over the last two years. Because of the distances within the district, as usual, we have divided the area into five zones for better supervision.

Rev. Daniel Velloo is the NDC official representative in the National Social Concern Department.


Rev. Clement Wong is the official representative for Northern District in the national department.


Alexander Chong was appointed to head this department.


The NDC Committee decided to reappoint Tan Choo Seng to head this department.

I would like to thank the NDC committee members for their faithful service and support to the churches in their respective zone. It would not be possible to serve the District covering such a large area without their commitment to be available in times of need. It has really been a joy serving together in this committee.

I want to also thank my family and Penang Christian Centre for releasing me to serve in the District and Council. It has been a great privilege.
